Your experience at NUVO is everything to us. Our policies have been put in place so we can give each and every guest a consistent and enjoyable experience.
We encourage you to arrive early to prepare for your visit. Grab a magazine, a cup of coffee or just relax. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule and a $25 per service rebooking fee may apply.
For safety reasons and to ensure a relaxing environment for all of our guests, only guests who are receiving a service are allowed past the waiting area. Please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.
We accept cash, check and credit cards. Gratuities are welcomed in cash or check only.
All quotes given over the phone are starting prices. Prices are determined during consultation with your stylist.
A non refundable deposit is required for appointments on the following:
– Keratin treatments
– Special Events
Please arrive with clean hair, free of any color spray. If you do not come in with clean hair, you will be charged for a pre-color service and if your stylist does not have the time allotted for that added service, we will need to reschedule.
Please refrain from using your cell phone while your stylist is performing your service. Feel free to talk during your processing time, however, we ask that you do not use speaker while in the salon as it is very distracting to other guests.
We appreciate cancellations being made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment, there is a $25 per service rebooking fee due before rescheduling.
