APPOINTMENTS

You must click SUBMIT REQUEST. 

Once your request has been received and the timing is approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your appointment has been scheduled.

If you do not receive an email confirming your request has been accepted, you will not have an appointment and you should call 609-430-2323.
