Your experience at NUVO is everything to us. Our policies have been put in place so we can give each and every guest a consistent and enjoyable experience.

General

We encourage you to arrive early to prepare for your visit. Grab a magazine, a cup of coffee or just relax. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable, however, in order to give you and all guests the time needed to ensure you have the best possible experience, if you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we will need to reschedule.

For safety reasons and to ensure a relaxing environment for all of our guests, only guests who are receiving a service are allowed past the waiting area. We love children, however, we are unable to accommodate them unless they are receiving a service. Please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

We accept cash, check and credit cards except American Express. Gratuities are welcomed in cash or check only and cannot be added to the credit card, please plan accordingly.

All quotes given over the phone are starting prices and may vary subject to your consultation. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We appreciate cancellations being made at least 48 hours appointment. You are welcome to leave a voicemail or email us at nuvobeautylounge@gmail.com. Please do not cancel via your text reminder.

A non refundable deposit is required for appointments on the following:
– Keratin treatments
– Extensions
– Special Events

Please arrive with clean hair, free of any color spray. If you do not come in with clean hair, you will be charged for a pre-color service and if your stylist does not have the time allotted for that added service, we will need to reschedule.

Color appointments can last a few hours, please plan accordingly. In the event that your desired service takes extra time, we suggest that you not have anything booked directly after. If you will have a time restriction, please call the salon to adjust your appointment time at least 48 hours prior.

Please refrain from using your cell phone while your stylist is performing your service. Feel free to talk during your processing time, however, we ask that you do not use speaker while in the salon as it is very distracting to other guests.
